Development of dairy sector in Philippines

In the period from 16-31.8. the director of Erbez Consulting had the opportunity to participate in the project "Aid for Trade – Introduction of the Czech know-how and practical steps supporting the further development of dairy sector in the Philippines", which is financed by the Ministry of Industry of the Czech Republic, and is implemented by the company GEOtest, a.s. a.s. from Brno with the support of the Development Alliance.

Together with colleagues from the Czech Republic, Blanka Krivankova (GEOtest and Development Alliance) and Veronika Legarová (Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague), our representative worked on improving the milk production sector in the Philippines. Our representative performed the next activities: training of NDA employees and farmers on the best feeding practices of dairy cows, dairy cow welfare and housing, preparing calculation of dairy production profitability and providing technical services

Four locations, many farmers and representatives of the National Dairy Administration Philippines. Nice experiences and really great hosts. We hope that our support will help the development of dairy farming in this country with over 7,600 islands and 110 million people. Really a country of prosperity and we believe in a bright future. And yes, they have excellent pork :).
